Born and raised in Hawaii, David Phillips AKA D-Phil is one of the hottest bodyboard talents to rise from the United States. D-Phil's radical aerial approach and ability to boost has allowed him to pull off some of the hardest tricks in the book including his own signature move called the Devert (an invert aerial to reverse el rollo all in the air) as well as the elusive 720 air reverse. At 23 years old, D-Phil still has a lot of shredding ahead of him and we're stoked he'll be doing it on a Division 71!
